• Physical security hardware and appliances
• Professional services including penetration testing, auditing, and consulting
• Managed security services (SOC, MDR, incident response)
• Cybersecurity training and certification programs

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Promotional pricing and discounts may have specific terms and conditions

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of purchase for products and one-time services
• Subscription services are billed at the start of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

4.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, software, and materials on our website are owned by ITDevSpot or our licensors
• Software licenses are granted, not sold; see individual product EULAs for specific terms
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software without written consent
• Customer data and content uploaded to our platforms remain your property

6. Acceptable Use

When using our products and services, you agree NOT to:

• Use our tools for unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or licensing restrictions
• Use our services to develop competing products or services
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code to our platforms
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or ITDevSpot personnel

Important: All penetration testing tools and services must be used only with proper written authorization from system owners. Unauthorized use may be illegal and is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• SaaS products: 99.9% uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Managed services: Response times as defined in your service agreement
• Support: Priority-based response within 4-24 hours depending on severity
• SLA credits are available if we fail to meet guaranteed uptime levels

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ITDevSpot's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from use of our services
• Our cybersecurity tools and services reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITDevSpot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our products and services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Unauthorized testing or access conducted using our tools

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination
• We will provide your data export for 30 days following account termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
