- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- Custom-configured hardware orders may require 3-5 additional business days for assembly
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

5. Shipping Restrictions
