We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on all eligible products and services. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Software Products & Subscriptions
You are eligible for a full refund on software products and subscription services under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product has not been used to generate commercial reports or deliverables
- The software license key has not been shared with third parties
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
1.2 Professional Services
For professional services (penetration testing, auditing, consulting):
- Before service commencement: Full refund available
- Within first 25% of the engagement: Pro-rated refund minus work completed
- After 25% of the engagement: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
1.3 Training & Certification
- Self-paced courses: Full refund within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed
- Live training sessions: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the session; 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before
- Certification exams: Non-refundable once the exam voucher has been activated
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Activated certification exam vouchers
- Custom-developed solutions and bespoke configurations
- Emergency incident response services already rendered
- Domain registration and SSL certificate purchases
- Products purchased during promotional events marked as "final sale"
- Subscription renewals beyond the 30-day window
3. How to Request a Refund

Provide Details
Include your order number, purchase date, product/service name, and reason for the refund request.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision.
Receive Refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are credited back to the original card within 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Wire Transfer: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
- Account Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit instantly for future purchases
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 60 days; after 60 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
- All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may:
- Request an escalation by emailing support@itdevspot.com with "Refund Escalation" in the subject line
- A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days
- We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties
