Return any physical product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Hardware must be in original condition.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Physical Products & Hardware
Physical security hardware and appliances may be returned under these conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories included
- The product is in unused or like-new condition
- All security seals and tamper-evident labels are intact
- You have the original proof of purchase
1.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Report the defect within 7 days of delivery
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Choose between a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Defective products under warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement beyond 30 days
1.3 Damaged During Shipping
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product upon delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange pickup and send a replacement or full refund
- Do not discard the original packaging until the return is resolved
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Software licenses and digital products (covered under our Refund Policy)
- Custom-configured hardware and security appliances built to order
- Products with broken security seals or tamper-evident labels
- Items showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
- Consumable items (e.g., security tokens, single-use authentication devices)
3. How to Initiate a Return
Request Return Authorization
Email returns@itdevspot.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Receive RMA Number
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
Pack & Ship
Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided.
Inspection & Processing
Once received, we inspect the product within 3 business days. Approved returns are refunded within 5-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- Defective/Damaged Products: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Wrong Item Received: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite the correct item
- International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs duties
5. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The replacement product is of equal or lesser value (price difference refunded)
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference will be charged
- Exchanged items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product
6. Warranty
All physical products from ITDevSpot come with the following warranty coverage:
- Standard Warranty: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects
- Extended Warranty: Available for purchase at checkout (2 or 3 years)
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters
- Warranty claims are processed within 5-7 business days
